If Ownsteps Pro is not right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason is needed.
How to ask
Email ingijy317@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase, or reply to your Creem receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Creem, usually within a few business days.
After 14 days
If something stops working after the refund window, write to us anyway. We will try to fix it, and we review refund requests for technical problems case by case.
